Yes, Northwest Limousine Service provides all types of baby/child car seat harnesses. You can book it in advance, we are offering front facing and back facing:

At the airport, where do I find my driver?

Our chauffeurs are professionally trained and experienced in pick-up services from airports, you will easily find our driver at the place you specified at the time of reservation. We are offering two types of pick-up services for airport travel:

  • Meet and Greet Service

    • Our chauffeurs can meet you at the terminal with a name sign, which will be convenient for you to identify him.

    • You can meet our chauffeur inside the terminal, outside the customs-for international flights

    • You can meet our chauffeurs outside the terminal-for domestic flights

  • Express Airport Pick-up 

    • For airports with no parking slots, our chauffeur can meet you at the curbside.

    • For further convenience, you can inform us about your location, terminal, and door number.

    • Or you can ask for a customized name sign for the reserved car, which will make it easier for you to identify your ride. 

 

What should I do if I don’t find my ride?

You can inform Northwest Customer Care by contacting on (855) 325-0777, our dispatch team is always in contact with our chauffeurs and monitoring your ride 24/7 to assist the chauffeurs about the best route to take and to ensure all the luxury comforts are provided to each of our customers. 

Is Northwest Limousine Service available during major holidays?

Yes, we are actively operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and 365 days a year. You can rely on us with every type of ground travel car service. 

What are the cancelation policy and cancelation charges?

The cancelation of a booked reservation should ideally be before the last 24 hours, but Northwest Limousine Service is flexible with our loyal customers. We charge 50% of the cancelation fee if the reservation is canceled within the last 6 to 8 hours, depending on the circumstances. How many days prior to my trip should I make reservations?

  • We can book a reservation within 1 to 2 days for luxury sedans, premium luxury sedans, and SUVs. 

  • On the other hand, we need 7 days prior reservation for Sprinter Vans, Stretch Limos, Mini Bus, and coach bus

What types of credit cards do you accept?

Northwest Limousine Service is accepting Master Cards, Visa Cards, Discover Cards, Debit Cards, American Express, and Diners Club Cards.

Can I make a reservation without any credit card?

No, Northwest Limousine Service cannot make a reservation without any credit card as we are going above and beyond to create the most luxurious and memorable car service experience for you. 

Will I be charged the exact amount as mentioned in the quote?

Yes, the charges will be exactly as mentioned unless you take a stop of 15 minutes on your route, an extra $25 will be charged. For re-routing for 15 minutes, Northwest will charge an extra $35. For further time, hourly charges will be applied as per your chosen vehicle. 

What is your standard gratuity and when should I pay it?

We are charging 20% standard gratuity, which is included in our final quote. Our customer does not have to stress about any payment to our chauffeurs. Northwest has already got it covered for you. 

 

Will I receive a digital receipt or your driver will give a receipt in person?

Only digital receipts will be generated after the completion of the transaction, it will be sent to you via Email within 2 days.

 

Which cars are available for hourly services and how long can I book a car?

All of Northwest’s top-notch, luxury quality fleet is available for hourly services. You can book a reservation according to the following details: 

  • Luxury Sedans- Minimum 2 Hours

  • SUVs- Minimum 2 Hours

  • Premium Luxury Sedans- Minimum 4 Hours

  • Sprinter Vans- Minimum 4 Hours

  • Mini Bus- Minimum 4 Hours

  • Coach Bus- Minimum 4 Hours

Is there any restroom facility for long/ multi-day tours?

Yes, Northwest Limousine Service is offering a restroom facility in our 56 Passenger Coach Bus for long/ multi-day travels. Not only that, but we are also providing a surround sound system with a fiber optic panel and flat TV screens with DVD connectivity. A 24-hours Wi-Fi service, tinted windows, and luxury recliner seats can cater to the maximum comfort with Northwest Limousine Services.
