At the airport, where do I find my driver? Meeting your driver at the airport can be accomplished in two ways (specified at the time of reservation): 1. Meet and greet service at the airport Our driver parks his vehicle and meets you inside the terminal. In order to make it easier for you to identify him, he will hold a sign with your name on it.
Flying domestically: Passengers meet the chauffeur at the baggage claim area of the terminal.
Flights overseas: Passengers will meet the chauffeur outside Customs inside the terminal.
2. Express Airport Pick-up Instead of parking and meeting you inside, the chauffeur will pick you up outside the terminal. Usually, this occurs at terminals with no parking. Clients who prefer rapid airport departures can take advantage of express pick-ups, which also saves them money as parking fees are not required. Following is the proper procedure for an express pick-up:
Upon securing your luggage and getting ready for pickup, you call the office and let our team know your location in the airport (door number/area number).
We will then instruct the chauffeur, who will be waiting in the limousine holding area, to pull up to a terminal door or passenger pickup area. You will be informed of the type of vehicle upon its arrival at the terminal so that you can identify it.
A customized name sign will also be in the chauffeur's window, as well as hazard lights.
